Key West Cabana Rental Rules and Cancellation Policy
*All bookings require a 50% deposit
60 day cancellation policy with a $250 fee.
Monthly Bookings – 60 Day cancellation policy with 1 week’s rent forfeited .
Check In is guaranteed by 4 PM and check out is 10 AM
Rates and minimum stays may vary for Special Events and Holidays.
- Key West tax rate of 12.5% will apply.
- There is a $65 condominium association fee per booking.
- $205 cleaning fee
